About us

Williams Lynch is a bespoke, independent, sales lettings and property management consultancy established in April 1998, which has since evolved through offering a professional and discreet service to sellers and landlords.

Mark Williams, the Managing Director and original founder, personally oversees a mature and experienced lettings team specialising in the SE1 area, encompassing the entire South Bank region from Waterloo in the West through to Tower Bridge in the East. The office is housed in an attractive listed building located just south of the More London /City Hall complex and within a few hundred metres from the Shard of Glass development site.

We are known for offering distinctive lettings accommodation within former warehouse and factory buildings, which feature gated communities, landscaping with tropical water gardens and residents’ leisure facilities. In some cases, the developments feature 24-hour concierge/security. Although we occasionally offer Victorian or Georgian two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom houses, the majority of the properties available to tenants are either furnished or unfurnished one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with passenger lifts and allocated gated-parking bays.

Our managed property selection has grown rapidly in recent years, appealing to those tenants preferring to liaise with Williams Lynch throughout the period of the tenancy rather than directly with a landlord.

As members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme, we are accountable for the quality and level of service offered to our clients and prospective tenants/purchasers.

Williams Lynch functions as a team of highly motivated and, above all, experienced property professionals that have acquired extensive knowledge of the types and styles of properties available, together with a thorough awareness of the area in which we operate.

I can assure you of a warm welcome and look forward to being of assistance, whether you decide to rent or to purchase.

Mark.
